I’ve finally found a use for the Spaces application – switching between operating systems. Ubuntu 8.04 was released earlier today, and as I have Parallels Desktop installed on my Mac, I decieded to install Ubuntu. I’ve installed various distros before, but apart from the latest Fedora installation (which we are using at work for testing) I have never really kept a Linux installtion on my Mac. This is going to change this time!!! I promise.

At the moment, Ubuntu is installing, and it’s been pretty painless so far…
